HR Manager - Recruitment Team Lead (Amsterdam)

About the role

Cross Border Talents is hiring an experienced HR Manager in Amsterdam to lead a busy team of multilingual recruiters. The role covers all aspects of recruitment, from sourcing and selection to offer negotiations, and suits someone who wants to grow within a company expanding globally.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and attracting candidates through databases, social media and other channels
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
• Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications
• Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs on job boards, newspapers and colleges
• Screening resumes and applications, and assessing knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude
• Producing analytical and well-documented recruiting reports for the team

Required profile

• BA/MSc in Human Resources Management or another relevant field
• At least 1 year of experience as a recruiter in a Forex or media company is a major advantage
• Fluent spoken and written English is essential

Required skills

• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
