About the role

Join Trengo’s fast‑moving scale‑up as a Graduate AI & Digital Success Specialist. You will bridge human connection and digital efficiency, helping Dutch‑market customers adopt AI‑driven features and scale their success through data‑triggered, tech‑first engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute outreach programs, in‑app notifications and webinars to drive product activation.
• Act as an AI champion, finding scalable ways for customers to implement Trengo’s AI features.
• Use data triggers and CRM automations to identify nudges and expansion opportunities.
• Provide proactive communication and step into meetings when a personal touch is needed.
• Own a portfolio segment, enabling the team to focus on high‑touch accounts while you manage a broader “one‑to‑many” success strategy.

Required profile

• Approximately one year of professional experience in a fast‑paced SaaS environment.
• High technical affinity and comfort with automations and AI‑driven workflows.
• Business‑level proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, actionable advice.
• Self‑starter “hacker” mindset, always seeking more efficient, automated solutions.
