Lean Six Sigma Specialist – Manufacturing

About the role

Join the Animal Health site in Boxmeer to lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives that drive operational excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will work closely with shop‑floor teams to identify improvement opportunities, translate insights into sustainable actions, and support the achievement of strategic business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve the Lean Six Sigma programme, aligning it with MPS principles and business priorities.
• Maintain a strong shop‑floor presence to understand challenges, identify opportunities and turn ideas into practical, sustainable solutions.
• Lead cross‑functional improvement projects using data analytics, structured root‑cause analysis and effective follow‑up.
• Coach sponsors, project leaders and practitioners in Lean, Six Sigma, change management and inclusion principles.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels to build alignment, ownership and commitment around improvement priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree demonstrating strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven experience establishing or leading Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement programmes in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, or Green Belt with substantial practical experience and willingness to obtain Black Belt.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
