Project Management Intern (Dutch Speaking)

About the role

Join GoSpooky’s operational team as a Project Management Intern and work closely with a Medior Project Manager to support a range of social‑media productions. You will gain hands‑on experience across the full project lifecycle, from planning shoots to supporting budget management, while developing strong organisational skills in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with daily operational and production tasks, including logistics and traffic requests.
• Assist in organising and executing shoots, sourcing models, locations and other production requirements.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes and ensure clear follow‑ups for internal and client discussions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and maintain project flow, especially during high‑workload periods.
• Help manage budgets and track project progress using tools such as Airtable.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Dutch.
• Based in the Netherlands, enrolled in an EU university for the full internship, and holds a Dutch BSN.
• Available 40 hours per week, on‑site in Amsterdam at least three days a week for six months.
• Higher professional education (HBO) level thinking, well‑organized, stress‑resistant and a team player.
• Strong interest in social media, digital culture, finance basics and learning new project‑management tools.
