Restaurant Supervisor - Ottolenghi

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Conservatorium is looking for an Ottolenghi Supervisor to lead its restaurant team. The role sits within Yotam Ottolenghi's restaurants, known for vibrant, Middle Eastern-inspired dishes served from breakfast to dinner.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure service standards and exceptional quality are always delivered to guests
• Coach, supervise and motivate the restaurant and lounge team
• Support management tasks, including product ordering
• Drive results through upselling, active sales and cost-efficient work

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position in a luxury restaurant or hotel
• Experience in Middle Eastern-inspired cooking cuisine
• Excellent verbal English; Dutch is a plus
• Willingness to work morning, afternoon, evening, weekend and holiday shifts
• Hospitable, flexible, stress-resistant and a genuine motivator
• Eligibility to work in the Netherlands and secured housing in Amsterdam before applying
