Sales Development Representative – Remote (EMEA)

About the role

The Sales Development Representative will join DoiT's Attribute™ team and work remotely across the EMEA region. You will be responsible for outbound lead generation, booking qualified demos with technical buyers and feeding the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Set meetings via outbound prospecting through automated and manual campaigns to meet daily and monthly pipeline targets.
• Partner closely with Account Executives on territory planning, account prioritisation and feedback loops.
• Identify and reach decision‑makers, building and refining the outbound motion.
• Build, manage and optimise multi‑channel outbound campaigns at scale using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and Clay.
• Own the end‑to‑end outbound process from account research to booking qualified meetings.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve messaging, call scripts and outreach strategies.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years of SDR/BDR experience in SaaS companies, preferably selling to technical buyers (Developers, DevOps, FinOps, cloud infrastructure).
• Proven track record of achieving results in an outbound lead‑generation environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tools in a fast‑paced, evolving setting.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated with strong autonomy and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
