Senior Analyst, Account Management

About the role

As a Senior Analyst in Account Management, you will join Mastercard's Financial Institutions team in the Netherlands. You will work closely with senior colleagues to support and grow strategic relationships with financial institutions, gaining exposure to the payments landscape while developing commercial, analytical, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support strategic client relationships, contributing to account planning and ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Identify growth opportunities, align Mastercard capabilities with client priorities, and contribute to revenue generation.
• Support day‑to‑day operations, drive continuous improvement, and enhance team effectiveness.
• Participate in strategic planning, pipeline development, and translation of global priorities into client‑focused strategies.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, legal, franchise, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Mastercard rules and relevant regulations, staying informed on regulatory developments.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in account management, business development, consulting, or a similar role.
• Curious, motivated, and eager to learn with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic discussions.
