Senior Associate Accounting, Reporting & Compliance

About the role

As a Senior Associate in Accounting, Reporting & Compliance at PwC you will support multinational clients in managing their financial reporting and compliance obligations. Working from one of our Dutch offices (Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht or Eindhoven) you will combine advisory expertise with hands‑on preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings.

Key responsibilities

• Compile, review and finalize complex financial statements in accordance with applicable reporting standards.
• Advise clients on the application of reporting rules and support the design of financial reports.
• Perform financial accounting and business controlling activities for diverse clients.
• Supervise and coach junior associates and work‑student teams.
• Assist in the optimisation of financial and administrative processes, including the preparation of annual accounts.

Required profile

• University bachelor’s degree in a financial discipline (e.g., Business Economics, Accounting & Control).
• Relevant experience in accounting, reporting or compliance, preferably within a professional services environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with international, multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills and client‑facing orientation.
