Senior Procurement Manager - Data Centers

About the role

Adyen is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead the Data Center category within its global Procurement team. You will partner with Infrastructure, Data Center Engineering, Legal and Sustainability stakeholders to drive sustainable commercial decisions and support the company’s ambitious growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a business partner to Infrastructure, Data Center Engineering, Legal and Sustainability teams, delivering value and enabling their strategies.
• Lead and initiate commercial negotiations, including contract renewals and new agreements.
• Manage the supplier selection process, RFx and screening.
• Collaborate with the Infrastructure team on data‑center expansion roadmaps and monitor vendor performance against contracts.
• Track industry trends and build/maintain relationships with key vendors.

Required profile

• 7+ years of relevant experience in procurement, category management or sourcing.
• Deep knowledge of the data‑center space, hardware and services.
• Strong analytical mindset, pragmatic problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English communication; additional language is a plus.
• Global mindset with the ability to work across time zones and cultures.
