About the role
The organisation is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead the strategic management of a high‑value Professional Services spend portfolio, covering consultancy, contingent workforce, advisory and HR‑related services. This hybrid role operates within a central procurement function and works closely with senior stakeholders to deliver commercial value and long‑term alignment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead procurement activities across strategic Professional Services categories.
- Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end‑to‑end strategic sourcing, including RFPs, supplier evaluation, negotiation and contract award.
- Conduct commercial negotiations, supplier renewals and contract changes.
- Maintain strategic supplier relationships and governance frameworks.
- Drive supplier performance, value creation and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for consolidation, efficiencies and cost optimisation.
- Act as a procurement business partner to senior internal stakeholders.
- Support procurement transformation and category management initiatives.
Required profile
- Strong procurement and category management experience in Professional Services.
- Proven track record of leading strategic sourcing and complex commercial negotiations.
- Experience in regulated or large‑scale organisations.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage supplier governance, risk and performance frameworks.

- Competitive salary range €110,000 – €130,000 per year.
