Senior Product Designer (UX)

About the role

Join DataSnipper as a Senior Product Designer (UX) and help shape the future of our AI‑driven platform and Excel add‑in. You will work at the intersection of artificial intelligence and real‑world audit and finance workflows, creating solutions that operate directly within Excel.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage UX research initiatives, including user journey mapping, usability testing, and in‑depth interviews.
• Share insights with the product team, run design studios, and explore solutions through sketching, wireframing, and high‑fidelity prototyping.
• Deliver pixel‑perfect designs to developers, update them based on feedback, and collaborate closely with product managers.
• Build and maintain a design system in partnership with the design team.
• Improve design processes, contribute to design libraries, and bring the latest design thinking to the team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a product or UX designer in a tech environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality design work and a clear design process.
• Comfortable working with design systems and creating design files from libraries.
• Ability to present work to stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and defend design decisions.
• Excellent English communication and empathy for a global audience.
