Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Solution Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365/Power Platform Solution Architect to take technical ownership of an enterprise Document Management and Workflow Automation solution built on Azure, SharePoint Online and Power Platform. You will lead the final implementation, transition to Business‑as‑Usual and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Take end‑to‑end technical ownership of the existing solution, reviewing architecture, configurations and integrations across Azure, SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
• Lead completion of outstanding implementation tasks, ensure performance, scalability, security and operational resilience, and define technical standards.
• Manage knowledge transfer from the external implementation partner, update documentation, and establish BAU support processes.
• Provide hands‑on troubleshooting, enhancements, and future development for SharePoint Online, Power Automate flows and Power Apps.

Required profile

• 8+ years of IT experience with strong hands‑on expertise in SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
• Previous experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead or Senior Microsoft 365 Developer delivering enterprise DMS and workflow automation.
• Proven ability to transition solutions from implementation to BAU support and to work independently.

Required skills

• SharePoint Online administration, document libraries, metadata, managed properties, KQL queries and PnP Modern Search v4.
• Power Platform development: complex Power Automate flows, Power Apps Canvas apps, environment management and ALM.
• PowerShell 7.x scripting, PnP PowerShell modules, JSON configuration management and deployment automation.
• Microsoft Azure services, identity and access management, CI/CD and deployment governance.
