Strategic Account Manager – Mid-Market EMEA

About the role

Bynder is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to drive expansion revenue across its mid‑market EMEA customer base. You will own the full sales cycle, collaborate closely with Customer Success, and help iconic brands such as Spotify and Lacoste deepen their use of Bynder’s AI‑powered DAM platform.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and tier accounts strategically to maximise revenue across all customer tiers.
• Generate pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting and modern selling tools.
• Apply sales intelligence and customer insights to tailor outreach and address stakeholder needs.
• Engage customers early and often, aligning solutions with their business objectives to drive growth and reduce churn.
• Map customer organisations, identify key stakeholders and guide a consensus‑driven buying process.
• Manage the full sales cycle with a structured process and accurate forecasting.

Required profile

• 3+ years of closing experience in new‑business sales or account management, preferably in SaaS, Cloud, DAM or CMS.
• Proven ability to sell to C‑suite executives and manage 100K ARR customers.
• Strong time‑management, organisational and presentation skills.
• Self‑starter with a growth mindset, comfortable in a fast‑moving start‑up environment.
