Supply Chain Improvement Manager – Service Parts (All Genders)

About the role

The Service Parts Supply Chain Improvement Manager drives global business‑process optimisation for Philips' Service Parts Supply Chain, collaborating closely with planning, IT, analytics and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement process improvements that support critical metrics such as inventory, material availability and supplier on‑time delivery.
• Own improvement projects, applying lean methodologies and project‑management skills to ensure timely delivery.
• Design and configure systems and tools in partnership with IT, Analytics and external vendors.
• Act as the master‑data expert for planning‑related elements.
• Align and standardise planning processes globally.
• Develop supply‑chain strategies to optimise inventory and costs while ensuring quality‑system compliance.
• Provide training on supply‑chain concepts, forecasting, statistical methods and tools.
• Represent Global Planning in cross‑functional projects requiring planning‑system expertise.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in health‑tech supply chains, with a focus on service‑parts planning.
• Proven expertise in SAP and a service‑parts planning tool (preferably Servigistics).
• Advanced knowledge of forecasting, multi‑echelon optimisation and time‑phase supply planning.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities to solve complex problems and drive stakeholder change.
• Master’s degree in Supply‑Chain Management, Operations Management or Computer Science.
