Team Lead Service Operations

About the role

Lead the daily operations of our support crew to ensure seamless radar service delivery worldwide. You will manage workload queues, resolve escalated technical cases, and develop scalable service subscription models.

Key responsibilities

• Set daily priorities, coach team members and support professional growth while maintaining smooth administration.
• Oversee Jira Service Management ticket queues, incident assignments and spare‑parts requests, ensuring compliance with SLAs and warranty terms.
• Act as the primary operational contact for complex technical cases, coordinating cross‑team troubleshooting and communicating calmly with customers.
• Help design and roll out structured Service and Support subscription models aligned with commercial offerings.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks, improve ticket routing and keep runbooks, service bulletins and Confluence documentation up to date.
• Partner with Service Engineering, Product Management and R&D to feed incident insights back into product improvements.

Required profile

• BA or BSc in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related technical field.
• 5+ years in spare‑parts management and technical customer support, preferably in high‑tech hardware or electronics.
• Proven experience leading operational sub‑teams in a technical service environment.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong de‑escalation skills and ability to communicate across diverse global cultures.

Required skills

• Hands‑on expertise with Jira Service Management.
• Experience with ERP systems for spare‑parts logistics.
