Technical Support Specialist

About the role

As a Technical Support Specialist at Trengo, you will dive deep into the technical workings of the platform, handling complex issues for customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues escalated by Customer Support or Customer Success.
• Use AI tooling daily, including the internal AI agent with product code access, database access, and tools like Langsmith to speed up root‑cause analysis.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to report bugs, share insights, and contribute to platform improvements.
• Own Linear tickets end‑to‑end, ensuring clear communication, follow‑through, and accurate documentation.
• Contribute to and maintain the AI‑powered knowledge base, validating content and closing gaps.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving skills and enjoyment of digging into technical challenges.
• Comfortable working with APIs, web technologies, and modern SaaS products.
• Curious about AI tooling and able to use it to work faster and smarter.
• Clear communicator who can translate complex technical information for non‑technical teammates.
• Ownership mindset and ability to see issues through from start to finish.
