AI Enablement Engineer

About the role

As an AI Enablement Engineer you will turn creative ideas into working GenAI tools, helping teams across Operations, Finance, Marketing and Engineering to adopt and scale AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve technical hurdles for non‑technical teams and guide GenAI experiments to production.
• Build rapid prototypes, workflow automations and custom Gemini or Claude tools to solve daily operational challenges.
• Develop and present AI demos that showcase plug‑and‑play capabilities.
• Co‑facilitate hands‑on workshops, coaching peers on prompt engineering and workflow setup.
• Test, evaluate and validate emerging GenAI platforms, keeping the internal tech stack current.
• Maintain the central AI Experiment Registry, tracking projects, measuring performance and standardising successful workflows.

Required profile

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in technical business analysis, systems integration or solutions engineering.
• Clear, patient communicator able to coach non‑technical colleagues.
• Proactive, curious and comfortable building relationships across departments.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency with API integrations.
• Scripting in Python.
• Experience with automation platforms such as Workato or n8n.
• Hands‑on experience creating GenAI solutions using OpenAI, Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude.
