Allround Technician – 2‑Shift System

About the role

Our client is a modern, fast‑paced production facility where technology, reliability and teamwork are essential. As an Allround Technician you will keep highly automated processes running safely and efficiently, working across mechanical, electrical and PLC‑controlled systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on production equipment, utilities and automated lines.
• Troubleshoot faults in mechanical, electrical and PLC‑driven systems to minimise downtime.
• Carry out preventive inspections and plan corrective actions.
• Support technical modifications, improvement projects and process optimisation.
• Ensure safe operation of machines and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Work in a rotating 2‑shift system and assist during planned weekend work when required.

Required profile

• Completed Red Seal qualification (Millwright, Electrician, Fitter or Instrumentation Technician).
• Several years of experience in industrial maintenance or a similar technical role.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, participate in standby rotations and relocate to the Netherlands.
• Fluency in English and Afrikaans; willingness to learn Dutch.
