Church Advisor (Customer Advisor for Churches)

About the role

We are looking for a Church Advisor to join our growing team in Groningen. In this role you will combine your insider knowledge of church life with a passion for digital tools, helping churches improve communication, organization and fundraising.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage churches that are not yet using Hagru or ChurchDesk products.
• Lead consultative conversations to understand daily workflows, challenges and long‑term vision.
• Guide churches through the full sales journey from first contact to agreement and onboarding.
• Present digital solutions to church councils, staff and volunteers, making them relevant to their reality.
• Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships across the Dutch church landscape.

Required profile

• Solid experience working within a church or church‑related organisation.
• Strong desire to learn and grow in a consultative sales environment.
• Outgoing, purpose‑driven and comfortable reaching out to new contacts.
• Independent, structured and results‑oriented.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and good command of English.
