Data Product Owner Lead

About the role

Adaptfy is seeking a Data Product Owner Lead to drive the design and delivery of data and analytics solutions for the SHV family of companies. You will work closely with senior business leaders to translate strategic goals into actionable product roadmaps.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of Data & Analytics products, ensuring they meet client needs and deliver measurable business impact.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to capture business processes, aspirations, and challenges.
• Define a clear product vision and roadmap for each engagement, aligning outcomes with client priorities.
• Prepare and oversee project execution plans, coordinating across multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
• Manage Agile sprint cycles, set sprint goals, run ceremonies, and monitor progress to mitigate risks and keep delivery on track.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in Data & Analytics projects.
• Proven ability to lead client-facing projects and build lasting relationships with senior business leaders.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering data‑driven insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
