Engagement Manager – AI Implementations

About the role

As an Engagement Manager for AI Implementations, you will lead the delivery of AI‑driven initiatives powered by QVAC, Tether’s SDK for local AI and delegated inference. Working within the Technology Distribution team of Tether Data, you will coordinate complex, multi‑stakeholder deployments of decentralized AI solutions for enterprise, government and institutional clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle and ensure deployments are secure, scalable and aligned with Tether’s vision of transparent digital finance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of AI projects using the QVAC SDK.
• Orchestrate multi‑stakeholder deployments across diverse environments.
• Manage client engagement and ensure successful integration of decentralized AI solutions.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to align delivery with product capabilities.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience managing AI or technology implementation projects.
• Ability to work remotely and coordinate with global teams.
