Graduate Sales Specialist – B2B SaaS (9‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Algomarketing is looking for a Graduate Sales Specialist to join its Renewals team. The role focuses on education‑sector customers across EMEA, driving proactive outbound conversations that move clients toward the right SaaS solutions and secure renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Own outbound engagement for a defined education customer book of business in EMEA.
• Make high‑volume daily calls and meet connected‑call targets.
• Follow a structured outreach cadence, using playbooks to shift discussions from price to value and ROI.
• Identify customer needs and position relevant education‑focused SaaS bundles.
• Convert engagements into qualified renewal opportunities and record them accurately in Salesforce.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, submit detailed lead notes, and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Renewal Managers and Account Executives to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide customer insights to improve messaging and playbooks.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication.
• Based in Amsterdam or London and able to work in the office at least four days a week.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Comfortable in a high‑activity outbound sales environment.
• Resilient, motivated and able to sustain momentum across many interactions.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, especially in CRM tasks.
• Positive, coachable mindset.
