Partnerships & Community Manager

About the role

Yonder is building a financial membership service and is preparing its next phase in Amsterdam, its first international market. It is looking for a Partnerships & Community Manager to build local partnerships, create community moments and help make Yonder a membership people genuinely want to join. The role is based in Amsterdam, split between the city-centre office and time spent with partners, members and communities, and is an individual contributor position with no team management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run prospective-member sessions, member events and partner gatherings, from invitations to delivery and follow-up.
• Find, assess and prioritise restaurants, bars, hospitality groups and local brands, then build genuine relationships with them.
• Turn relationships into collaborations such as member benefits, activations and referral flows, within the priorities set with the Netherlands Market Lead.
• Keep the community calendar and partner pipeline moving, coordinating outreach, setup, logistics, delivery and follow-up.
• Evaluate each activity's results (member value, acquisition, usage, learning) and use that evidence to improve execution and recommend changes.
• Work closely with the Netherlands Market Lead and the UK Partnerships team, bringing feedback from Amsterdam back to the wider business.
• Own the first local event or activation end-to-end during the first month.

Required profile

• Around 3-5 years of hands-on experience in an externally facing role connected to Amsterdam's hospitality scene, such as brand representation, on-trade sales, hospitality operations, activations, community or partnerships.
• Experience owning recurring activity end-to-end, from first conversation through to delivery and follow-up.
• Ability to build relationships and turn them into real outcomes, and to choose relevant venues and communities in Amsterdam.
• Resourceful, organised and reliable, able to propose sensible next moves and close the loop.
• Fluent English and Dutch, and enough existing local knowledge to start conversations quickly.
