About the role
RED Global is seeking a proactive Part‑Time Office Manager to keep its Rotterdam office running smoothly. Working two days a week, you will be the central point of contact for staff, visitors, and suppliers, ensuring day‑to‑day operations are efficient and compliant.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external visitors.
- Manage incoming post, letters and general correspondence.
- Support compliance and administrative processes, including chasing signed hours.
- Assist with contractor onboarding and after‑care.
- Welcome new starters and ensure their workspace is ready from day one.
- Book travel and logistics for directors.
- Organise team lunches, meetings and office events.
- Maintain office supplies and stock levels.
- Act as the main liaison with external suppliers and partners.
- Keep the office organised, presentable and running smoothly on a daily basis.
Required profile
- Previous experience as an Office Manager, Office Coordinator or similar role.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment; recruitment experience is a plus.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator able to interact with a range of people.
- Proactive, reliable and willing to take ownership.
- Enjoys being the go‑to person that colleagues rely on.
