Pricing & Data Analyst

About the role

As a Pricing & Data Analyst at ABF Bearings, you will own the quality of product information and pricing for one of the world’s leading bearing webshops. Your work will directly impact purchasing, sales, inventory management, searchability and profitability across millions of product records.

Key responsibilities

• Determine logical gross prices where market data is unavailable.
• Build and maintain accurate pricing for 100K+ unique products.
• Improve ERP master data quality through continuous monitoring.
• Detect duplicates, inconsistencies and data‑quality issues using automation and AI.
• Lead data‑improvement projects together with Product Owners and IT specialists.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, pricing, master data or business process improvement.
• Higher professional education (work and think level) with excellent Excel skills; Power Query or SQL a strong advantage.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle JDE is a plus) and affinity for automation and AI tools.
• Strong analytical thinking, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent written English (minimum B2).

What we offer

• Salary between €3,500 and €5,000 gross per month.
• Development budget up to one gross monthly salary per year.
• 28 vacation days, 8.5% holiday allowance, with the option to purchase an additional 5 days.
• Up to 2 days per week home office after onboarding.
• One week per year working abroad.
