Principal – Strategy & Execution

About the role

We are seeking a Principal for Strategy and Execution to join our Amsterdam team. You will lead client engagements, shape data‑driven strategies and drive transformational change for our diverse portfolio of businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deepen relationships with C‑level stakeholders to influence business outcomes.
• Lead and mentor project teams, overseeing multiple work streams and senior stakeholder communication.
• Develop pragmatic strategies, actionable insights and robust business cases based on advanced data analyses.
• Drive change‑management initiatives and ensure end‑to‑end project delivery that meets client expectations.
• Formulate data‑enabled hypotheses and conduct competitive and industry analyses.

Required profile

• 8–11 years of consulting experience, preferably in strategy, analytics or transformation projects.
• Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with senior executives.
• Strong leadership skills with experience guiding multidisciplinary teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset capable of identifying and seizing new opportunities.
