Technical Integration Engineer

About the role

GreenFlux provides a cloud-based charge point management SaaS solution for Charge Point Operators and e-Mobility Service Providers, helping them launch their businesses and supporting the uptake of electric vehicles. As part of DKV Mobility Group, it is looking for a Technical Integration Engineer in Amsterdam, working in a hybrid setting within a dynamic, informal organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Create roaming connections (OCPI) with roaming partners and roaming hubs
• Test and integrate contactless payment terminals (hardware-to-hardware, cloud-to-cloud)
• Run software tests on certified hardware, e.g. Eichrecht, Autocharge, Plug&Charge
• Manage the test certification life cycle
• Implement innovative technical solutions with the development team and provide third-line support to the Technical Support team
• Work with IT platform developers from the technical operations perspective and implement integration projects with documentation
• Cooperate with the customer's IT department and troubleshoot technical data problems
• Support the Sales Team with technical questions during client acquisition
• Write articles on troubleshooting, use cases and procedures, and own workstreams across departments

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in a technical (support) role, preferably for B2B services or SaaS applications
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical or IT/computer science field (nice to have)
• Background in or experience with electric vehicle charging (nice to have)
• Professional fluency in English, written and spoken
• Strategic stakeholder management experience

Required skills

• Protocols and/or coding (OCPP, SOAP, HTTP(s), Python, etc.)
• Affinity with computers and technology
