AI Strategy Lead

About the role

Enjins is an AI consultancy founded in 2018, building production-ready AI and data infrastructure for European startups and scale-ups, mainly in climate, energy and mobility. As an AI Strategy Lead you sit at the intersection of commercial growth and strategic execution, bridging the technical engineering teams and clients' C-suite, leading design sprints and making sure AI strategies match long-term business value. The workplace is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Use your consulting background to create robust AI strategies for tech scale-ups with the company's proven frameworks.
• Own the success, progression and relationship of at least three key client accounts, acting as their trusted advisor.
• Drive customer acquisition and connect with venture capital players for the AI due diligence offering.
• Partner with the Utrecht leads to grow the local team, mentor engineers on business awareness and identify new market propositions.

Required profile

• Eligible to work in the Netherlands and fluent in Dutch and English.
• Either a hands-on AI and data practitioner with end-to-end project experience, or someone with an established network in the climate and energy scale-up ecosystem.
• Strong account and project management skills, and a track record in consulting, tech or AI.
• Comfort discussing ML/AI/LLM, cloud infrastructure and data engineering challenges.

What we offer

• Base salary of EUR 65,000 to 90,000 depending on experience and fit.
• VSOP participation plus a performance-based bonus.
