Programme Manager – Migration & Integrations

About the role

OrderYOYO is looking for a senior Programme Manager to lead the technology integration and migration of newly acquired restaurant businesses. You will own the end‑to‑end programme plan, coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure a smooth transition from legacy platforms to OrderYOYO’s ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Own consolidated programme plans covering scope, timelines, dependencies, budget forecasts and risks.
• Lead work‑stream owners, set priorities, run governance and escalate trade‑offs to the CTPO.
• Assess migration complexity during due diligence and prepare integration plans for Day 1.
• Coordinate data migration, system integration, customer segmentation and migration wave sequencing.
• Develop and execute run‑books for cut‑over, validation, rollback and post‑migration support.
• Align engineering, product, finance and commercial teams around a single timeline and keep restaurant partners informed.
• Partner with Finance to track business cases, costs, revenue at risk and realised benefits.

Required profile

• 5+ years of programme management experience in a technology organisation.
• At least 3 years leading platform or customer migrations and post‑acquisition integrations.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to influence without direct line‑management authority.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive‑level communication skills.
