Senior Backend Engineer (Go) – AI Studio

About the role

As a Senior Backend Engineer (Go) you will architect the multimodal generation pipeline for Creative Fabrica’s Studio AI suite, ensuring AI‑driven media creation feels instantaneous for a global creator community.

Key responsibilities

• Design and scale Go‑based microservices that orchestrate the lifecycle of AI generations across image, video, audio, 3D and vector domains.
• Optimize ConnectRPC services and asynchronous pipelines (Kafka + Amazon SQS) to handle long‑running, resource‑intensive inference tasks while maintaining platform stability.
• Develop backend logic for advanced multimodal orchestration features within the Creative Engine.
• Manage massive data throughput on AWS, integrating high‑performance storage and compute clusters.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to translate raw model outputs into a polished “One Person Studio” user experience.

Required profile

• Extensive experience building and scaling Go services in high‑traffic SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to design microservices using asynchronous processing (Kafka & SQS) and low‑latency communication (gRPC/ConnectRPC/GraphQL).
• Deep knowledge of AWS (EKS, S3, Lambda) and managing complex compute environments.
• Background in creating professional‑grade creative or media‑heavy applications.
• Quality‑first mindset with strong practices in code reviews, testing, and observability.
