Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager for the Netherlands will lead the full marketing lifecycle of Greystar’s residential real estate developments and stabilized assets. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Executive NL, you will create and execute strategic and tactical plans that strengthen brand identity, generate qualified leads, and drive occupancy and revenue across multifamily housing, student accommodation, and corporate initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing strategies aligned with occupancy targets, rental growth and asset performance.
• Lead marketing for new developments, ensuring timely mobilization, strong lease‑up results and strategic brand positioning within budget.
• Enhance digital visibility and lead generation through website management, social media, and paid campaigns in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Create targeted B2B and B2C campaigns to attract students, young professionals, families and corporate partners.
• Produce high‑impact marketing materials and omni‑channel content that support leasing pace and brand consistency.
• Design and implement resident acquisition and retention campaigns with measurable ROI.

Required profile

• Strong commercial mindset combined with creativity and team‑building abilities.
• Experience managing diverse property portfolios, including multifamily and student housing.
• Ability to work on‑site at least three days per week while leveraging remote work for the remaining days.
