Services Coordinator

About the role

Moog is looking for a Services Coordinator to join its Aftermarket department in Nieuw‑Vennep, Netherlands. The role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, overseeing service requests from the initial inquiry through to final invoicing.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor incoming service requests via the Aftermarket Service inbox and other channels, logging each case in the incident management system.
• Allocate and schedule Field Service Technicians/Engineers for both planned and unplanned service activities, confirming arrangements with customers.
• Prepare and ship required parts and tools in advance of field or remote assignments.
• Create, manage, and close quotations, ensuring accurate financial documentation.
• Maintain the master service schedule and coordinate resource allocation to meet customer expectations.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple service requests simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
