Customer Service Staff – Camper Rental

About the role

You will welcome customers during the pick‑up and return of our campers, ensuring a friendly and memorable experience. You will explain the features of each camper, hand them over personally, keep the vehicles clean, and support the station team with daily tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers during pick‑up and return of campers, providing a friendly first impression.
• Explain camper features and hand over vehicles, giving clear instructions.
• Perform thorough cleaning of the interior and exterior of each camper after use.
• Support the station team with daily operational tasks to keep the location running smoothly.

Required profile

• Hands‑on attitude and willingness to help.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Valid category B driving licence.
• Good command of English.
