Customer Success Manager – DACH (Audit Background)

About the role

As a Customer Success Manager for the DACH region at DataSnipper, you will leverage your audit or accounting background to guide audit and finance teams through AI‑driven digital transformation. You will act as a trusted strategic advisor, helping customers unlock efficiency, cost savings, and quality improvements using DataSnipper’s Excel‑embedded AI solution.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to audit partners, finance directors, controllers and IT decision‑makers, guiding business transformation enabled by DataSnipper.
• Drive workflow re‑engineering, demonstrating measurable efficiency gains and cost savings across audit and finance functions.
• Conduct training sessions, business reviews and develop success plans to ensure product adoption and value realization.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, sales and solutions teams, sharing customer insights to influence product innovation.
• Identify expansion opportunities, support pilots and work with sales to demonstrate ROI and grow adoption.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in external or internal audit or assurance (must‑have).
• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or Solutions Consulting within B2B SaaS.
• Trusted‑advisor mindset with a passion for strategic partnership and business transformation.
• Strong ownership, collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English and German, able to engage stakeholders from audit associates to C‑suite.
