Enterprise Sales Manager, EMEA

About the role

Bynder is looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to lead its EMEA enterprise sales team. You will manage up to six Enterprise Account Executives, driving strategic growth with large, complex accounts across the UK&I, Northern Europe and DACH regions. The role requires deep product knowledge and the ability to coach a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Partner directly with AEs in strategic prospect and customer meetings, shaping account strategies and negotiation tactics.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop a team of enterprise sellers, fostering a culture of accountability and over‑performance.
• Coach the team on enterprise sales methodology, deal strategy and executive selling, conducting weekly one‑ons, pipeline reviews and forecast calls.
• Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene, qualification standards and accurate forecasting, reporting to senior sales leadership.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Marketing to optimize enterprise pipeline creation and bring market feedback into the organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a management or leadership role, with a proven record of building and leading high‑performing sales teams.
• Demonstrated success exceeding sales quotas and accurate forecasting in a high‑transaction environment.
• Experience selling to marketing and creative teams and familiarity with Challenger, MEDDIC, SPIN selling methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a passion for technology and SaaS.
