GL Accountant – General Ledger

About the role

Creative Clicks is seeking a proactive, structured GL Accountant to own the financial accuracy for over 35 international entities. You will manage the full general ledger cycle, ensuring data is correctly recorded, reconciled, and ready for reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day closing activities for assigned entities under Dutch GAAP.
• Run monthly closing tasks, financial analyses, and reporting, including balance sheet and P&L variance analyses.
• Perform bank bookings, prepare journal entries, and own reconciliations for assigned accounts.
• Support the finance team during the annual external audit and identify process inefficiencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in international accounting with strong GL/AR/AP knowledge.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Very structured, detail‑oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Multi‑currency bookkeeping experience.
