Legal Intern

About the role

The Bynder Legal Team is looking for a Legal Intern to join its Amsterdam office. This hands‑on role provides exposure to legal operations, commercial contract management and the broader administrative work of an in‑house legal department, collaborating with Business Applications, Finance, Sales and Customer Success.

Key responsibilities

• Audit, process and maintain legacy and new business contracts in Salesforce, ensuring records are accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Support legal operations projects to improve the quality, structure and efficiency of the contract repository.
• Oversee ticketing systems and provide day‑to‑day administrative assistance to the legal team.
• Conduct legal research on various topics and review basic commercial agreements such as NDAs.
• Assist with ad‑hoc legal requests and daily legal operations.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Dutch Master’s programme in Law and available for a full‑time or part‑time internship of at least three months starting October 2026.
• Prior legal internship experience, preferably with contract management or legal operations responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology, highly organised and detail‑oriented.
• Fluent in English and already based in the Netherlands.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Jira.
