Lifecycle Email Manager

About the role

Creative Fabrica is building a new generation of AI‑powered products and needs a Lifecycle Email Manager to drive personalized, automated communication across the customer journey. You will own email strategy from first signup through activation, conversion, engagement, retention and reactivation, turning user behavior into targeted, high‑impact messages.

Key responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle email strategy across activation, conversion, engagement, retention and reactivation.
• Build and continuously improve automated email journeys based on user behavior and lifecycle stage.
• Design behavioral triggers that respond to key actions and inactivity.
• Create retention, re‑engagement and win‑back flows for declining or churned users.
• Segment audiences by behavior, interests, subscription status and engagement.
• Write conversion‑focused copy and collaborate with design for assets.
• Run structured A/B tests and experiment with subject lines, timing, offers and segmentation.
• Monitor deliverability, sender reputation and email frequency to protect email health.
• Analyse performance data, report impact and document winning journeys for scaling.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM or email marketing, building automated journeys.
• Strong understanding of segmentation, triggers, user journeys and lifecycle metrics.
• Excellent conversion‑focused copywriting in English.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience running A/B tests and using analytics tools.
• Ability to own opportunities from analysis through launch and evaluation.
• Commercial, high‑output attitude focused on changing user behavior.

Required skills

• Experience with modern email/CRM platforms such as Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, Klaviyo or HubSpot.
