Senior Consultant – Mobility Talent Operate

About the role

EY is looking for a Senior Consultant to join its Global Mobility team. You will act as the human touch for multinational clients, ensuring smooth international relocations for their mobile employees.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full assignment lifecycle, from briefing mobile employees to final hand‑over.
• Manage third‑party vendors such as relocation companies and housing agencies.
• Create and review assignment‑related documentation, including balance sheets and HR records.
• Oversee monthly payroll cycles, anticipate issues and communicate proactively.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to internationally mobile employees, guiding them through each step of the relocation process.

Required profile

• Strong interest and experience in international mobility and HR processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Proactive mindset with excellent problem‑solving capabilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
