Creative Clicks is looking for a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist to join the People & Culture team.

Key responsibilities

• Create authentic employer‑branding content – employee stories, short‑form videos, blogs and social posts.
• Organise employer‑branding events, university partnerships, open days and campus recruitment activities.
• Support recruitment marketing campaigns and maintain the careers website experience.
• Source specialist, hard‑to‑fill and senior vacancies, conduct initial screenings and build talent pipelines.
• Own the internship, working‑student and junior recruitment process from intake to offer.
• Coordinate onboarding experiences and continuously improve recruitment processes.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding or Recruitment Marketing.
• Hands‑on content‑creation skills, including basic video filming and editing.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities with a collaborative, proactive mindset.
• Fluent English with strong interest in talent attraction and candidate experience.
