About the role

Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (SCIB) Benelux is seeking a motivated Analyst to join its Investment Banking team in Amsterdam. The role supports a diverse client base across the Benelux region, delivering strategic advice and financing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of advisory and financing transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets activities, and other strategic initiatives.
• Perform financial analysis and valuation work to support client recommendations.
• Prepare high‑quality client materials, including presentations, briefing notes, and transaction documentation.
• Assist in managing transaction processes and coordinate with clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of client relationships through consistent, high‑quality delivery.
• Conduct market and industry research to support strategic dialogue and idea generation.
