Manager (Service) Operations

About the role

EY is looking for a Manager (Service) Operations in Amsterdam (Zuidas, Cross Towers, 22nd floor). The role develops and implements integrated solutions that improve overall organisational performance, optimises operational processes and promotes a culture of continuous improvement. It works closely with strategy, production, planning and control & finance.

Key responsibilities

• Optimise operational processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Analyse operational metrics and use data to identify improvement areas and support strategic decisions
• Work with strategy, production, planning and control & finance to achieve operational goals and KPIs
• Motivate colleagues and support their development

Required profile

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Business Economics, Business Information Management or similar
• At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a coordinating or project leadership role
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or other process-improvement methodologies
• Strong analytical and communication skills, results-oriented

Required skills

• Experience using analytical tools and software to monitor operational performance
• Affinity with data-driven work; experience with smart technology is preferred
