Onsite IT Support Engineer (Dutch speaker, Rotterdam)

About the role

Cross Border Talents is looking for an Onsite IT Support Engineer based in the Netherlands who speaks Dutch. You will provide on-site technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues and configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and operating system problems, working independently or in a team
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot end-user workspaces such as desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and video and conferencing equipment
• Analyze errors, maintain hardware, install and remove workstations, and install and configure new software (IMACD)
• Manage user accounts via Active Directory
• Implement software and operating systems using SCCM or other implementation technologies
• Record approaches and solutions in a ticket system and handle asset management

Required profile

• Experience with onsite support and a ticketing system (2 years)
• Fluent Dutch (C1) and English
• Customer-oriented approach
• Permission to work in the Netherlands

Required skills

• Familiarity with Windows OS, Mac OS and various software applications
• Managed Print Service (MPS) and mobile device configuration (Apple and Android) via MS Intune
• MS Office 365
