Risk & Change Manager (Fixed-Term)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Risk & Change Manager to lead the risk and change management function for a large‑scale data‑centre project in the Groningen region. Reporting to the Project Controls team, you will ensure that risk and change processes align with client governance and support successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the early warning, risk and change management processes in accordance with client and project governance requirements.
• Facilitate risk identification workshops, risk reviews and opportunity assessments with key stakeholders.
• Maintain and continuously improve the project risk register, performing qualitative and quantitative risk assessments.
• Track risk response actions through to completion and promote a proactive risk‑aware culture.
• Manage the change management process, ensuring changes are assessed, governed and communicated throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the client, project leadership, contractors, commercial and portfolio teams to support informed decision‑making.

Required profile

• Significant experience in risk and change management on large infrastructure or data‑centre projects.
• Strong understanding of project governance, early warning systems and risk registers.
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive consistency across a portfolio of projects.
