Senior Product Manager - Data, Machine Learning & GenAI Platform

About the role

Adyen is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and vision for its Data Developer Experience platform. You will work with a community of 600+ data engineers, machine‑learning scientists and GenAI engineers to shape a cohesive, high‑quality ecosystem that accelerates the delivery of data and AI products.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap for the Data Developer Experience, balancing short‑term needs with long‑term transformation.
• Consolidate fragmented tools and processes into a unified platform that reduces friction for users.
• Partner with platform teams to design experiences that promote autonomy, control, and accountability.
• Identify emerging data‑domain trends to future‑proof the platform and keep Adyen at the forefront of developer productivity.
• Assess non‑technical stakeholder needs and design capabilities that enable effective interaction with data products.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a (senior) Product Manager delivering outcomes in the data domain.
• Strong foundation in data concepts, enabling effective collaboration with Data Engineers, ML Scientists and GenAI Engineers.
• Proven ability to make strategic trade‑offs between operational needs and long‑term investments.
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills to align product, engineering and operational stakeholders.
• Data‑driven decision making, turning user feedback and quantitative data into clear impact insights.
• Experience driving adoption of platform solutions and embedding them into developer workflows.
