Customer Success Manager – DACH

About the role

As a Customer Success Manager for the DACH region at DataSnipper, you will ensure customers achieve their goals using AI‑powered audit solutions. You will own the end‑to‑end journey—from onboarding through adoption, value realization and retention—building trusted relationships with audit partners, finance leaders and IT decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to audit partners, finance directors and IT decision‑makers, guiding business transformation with DataSnipper.
• Drive workflow re‑engineering and demonstrate measurable efficiency gains, cost savings and quality improvements.
• Champion product adoption through training, business reviews and success plans to maximize value.
• Build deep, long‑term customer relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, sales and solutions teams to relay customer insights and influence product roadmap.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Solutions Consulting in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to act as a strategic partner, driving business transformation and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Strong ownership mindset, collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English and German, capable of engaging stakeholders from associates to C‑suite.
• Hands‑on experience in external or internal audit is a plus.
