Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer

About the role

Enjins builds production-grade machine learning systems, data infrastructure and agentic AI, and its Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer takes the technology directly into each client's environment. The role combines a consulting mindset with technical implementation: uncovering what the business needs and translating it into working AI solutions, while also designing and building advanced AI systems with LLMs, MLOps, data engineering and software architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Translate client specifications into systems, uncovering what is left unsaid and choosing the right architecture and integrations
• Build and launch client-specific workflows and agents on top of the core Multi-Agent Systems
• Act as the senior technical contact from day one, building direct trust with the client
• Track new AI developments and apply them to the workflows you build
• Share deployment insights with the AI Engineers to shape scalable platform features and mentor peers on site
• Work with energy and climate scale-ups and VC/PE investors going AI-native

Required profile

• Experience designing and building AI-powered workflows that run in production
• Comfortable working in messy environments and with legacy systems, and confident on security and compliance
• Strong communication across technical and business teams
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph or similar) or a client-facing technical role
